Client Evaluations

I have owned this unit for two years now and use it in a transportable case. It provides incredible detail and is easy to read in vibrant sunlight. The wide beam is especially helpful for "prospecting" for fish on huge flats.

This unit did not perform correctly out of the box. It would not graph a point. The screen was blank, but would give me a digital depth reading. I referred to as Humminbird and they sent me a new transducer. This did not operate either. In the meantime my proper cursor stopped working. So, in the middle of the two week fishing season that I look forward to all year, I sent the entire unit back to them priority mail and they got it in 36 hours. They took 2 days to perform on it and then shipped it back FedEX..... I got it 8 days later (12 total days out of service). I opened up the box and tested it. They did not even touch the head. It nonetheless had all the old settings, the ideal cursor nevertheless did not perform and there were tiny flecks of salt by the connector that had been there when I sent it in. On best of that, they included a Employed transducer with it. So, my critique would be basic. This unit does not operate and their service department is not capable of fixing it.
